Branding and your portal

Who can use it: Super Admin.

Your clients should feel they’re using your portal. NorthFloe lets you set the address, name, colours and logo they see.

Asha wants Harbor Foods to see Bluepeak, not a generic tool. Asha turns on branding, uploads Bluepeak’s logo, sets the navy brand colour, and connects portal.bluepeak.com. From then on, Tom’s invite email links to portal.bluepeak.com, and the sign-in page shows Bluepeak’s logo.

Every firm gets a portal at yourfirm.northfloe.com. Your people and clients sign in there, and every email NorthFloe sends for your firm links back to it.

  1. Go to Settings → Branding.
  2. Turn branding on. While it’s off, your portal uses the standard NorthFloe look.
  3. Set your display name, accent colour, navigation bar colour and bar text colour.
  4. Upload your logo.
  5. Check the live preview and save.

    Active --> [*]: Remove
  1. Go to Settings → Domain and enter a domain with at least three parts, such as portal.bluepeak.com.
  2. At your DNS provider, add the CNAME record shown on the screen. Turn off any proxying (for example, Cloudflare’s orange cloud): it must be a plain CNAME.
  3. Select Check now. NorthFloe keeps checking for up to 72 hours.
  4. When the domain shows Active, your portal works on it.

If the check fails, the screen says why. Fix the record and select Try again. You can Remove the domain at any time. Each firm can have one custom domain.
