The firm and the client

Bluepeak Consulting is a software consultancy that uses NorthFloe. One of its clients is Harbor Foods, a grocery chain that wants a mobile ordering app.

The people

Asha · Super Admin

Runs Bluepeak’s NorthFloe: branding, the portal address and the first invites.

Ravi · Project Manager

Sets up Harbor Foods as a client, creates the project, writes features with the client and approves tests.

Meera · Architect

Signs off the technical docs, approves specs and reviews every pull request.

Arjun · Developer

Writes specs and builds tasks, often with an AI coding assistant.

Lena · QA

Writes test cases from the acceptance criteria and runs them with screenshots.

Tom · Client user at Harbor Foods

Harbor’s product owner. Signs off the business docs and requirements, and accepts finished features.

The project and the feature

Harbor’s customers buy the same groceries every week. Tom wants them to repeat a past order in one tap.

AC1	The last 20 orders are listed, newest first.

AC2	Reorder adds every available item to the cart.
AC3	Items that are no longer sold are listed with a note and left out.
