Connect Claude Code

Who can use it: all firm staff, on projects they can access. Clients can’t create tokens.

NorthFloe has an MCP server, so an AI coding assistant such as Claude Code can read a project’s features, specs, tasks and test cases, and help with the work, using your access.

Arjun creates a 30-day token for the Harbor project and connects Claude Code. Arjun asks: “Start REQ-4/T2 and build it.” The assistant reads the task brief, the linked criteria, the requirement and the approved spec, writes the code, and submits the task with the PR link. Meera still reviews and approves it: agents never approve.

Can Can’t
Read features, specs, tasks, test cases and docs See projects you can’t see
Draft a spec, a test case or a task Do anything your role can’t

The Help tab lists every tool available to your role, grouped by area.

You can revoke a token at any time. NorthFloe also revokes it automatically when:

  • you’re removed from the project, deactivated, or your role changes;
  • the project is marked Completed;
  • it reaches its expiry date.
